'The Curse of Demagogues' Audiobook

Three weeks ago an audiobook narrator named Peter Lerman contacted me to say that he had read the The Curse of Demagogues, and, in light of Trump’s third run for president, he wanted to get an audiobook onto the market ASAP.

Peter created the audio version on his own time and dime, and he, not I or the other contributors, will keep any royalties for himself.

Peter, whom I now consider to be a kindred spirit, believes that the essays nail Trump’s diagnosis and the reforms necessary to prevent a demagogue from ever again gaining the U.S. presidency.

Peter is right that now is the time to understand demagogues, demagoguery, and how to defeat them. So—as long as Trump remains a threat to our democracy—I do recommend the book, especially the new audiobook version.
