You are 100% correct. I'm speaking about the current composition of the court. In his first term, he followed tradition when it comes to appointing Supreme Court justices. He followed his advisors in appointing conservative justices, most of whom are constitutionalists, not loyalists. God save us if there are new vacancies because, like he is doing now with the cabinet, he will appoint incompetent sycophants. Then ...
